DDW 2015 Abstracts

The DDW 2015 abstract submission site is now open and will close at 9 p.m. ET, Tuesday, Dec. 2, 2014 (Please note the deadline is the Tuesday after the U.S. Thanksgiving Holiday). Please refer to the Submit an Abstract page for complete details and a demonstration video.

DDW 2015 Late-Breaking Abstracts

Abstracts must be submitted online between Monday, Feb. 2, 2015 and Tuesday, Feb. 17, 2015. Please submit all abstracts online; faxed or mailed abstracts will not be accepted. The DDW sponsoring societies will review the abstracts and select up to 12 clinical or basic abstracts for presentation. Authors will be notified in March regarding acceptance. Abstracts will be presented in a symposium at DDW 2015.

There is a $120 non-refundable processing charge per late breaking abstract. Abstracts will not be submitted until payment information is complete. Please note that this is a processing fee and not a publishing fee. Abstracts not selected for presentation at DDW 2015 are also subject to the $120 fee. Authors have the option of paying by Visa®, MasterCard® or American Express®. No purchase orders or checks will be accepted.

Presented at Digestive Disease Week® (DDW) 2015 in Washington, DC. More information can be found at www.ddw.org.
  • All pieces must include society reference (exception: ASGE), date and time of presentation/session and final presentation number.
  • All pieces must include the following statement:
[COMPANY NAME] did not provide financial support for the following scientific sessions and did not influence the content in any way. However, research presented within these scientific sessions may have been supported by [COMPANY NAME].
  • All pieces may reference the specific society an abstract/session is associated with if the advertisement uses generic terms only, and does not include or promote any specific products or devices.
  • All pieces (ads, banners, pre-mailers, abstract books and booth flyers/giveaways) must be submitted to DDW Administration for review and approval. Ads may not be changed once they have been approved by DDW Administration. Submit your sample document for approval to Lorna Lucas at DDWProgram@gastro.org.
