Exhibit Excursion

Increase traffic at your booth by participating in the Exhibit Excursion. Attendees visit participating companies’ booths, answer a question about your company or product and receive a sticker, making them eligible for a daily prize drawing.

Attribution: A game card for the Exhibit Excursion participation is distributed to all attendees in the conference bags.

Exhibitor Business Suites

These hard-walled meeting rooms with locking doors are located adjacent to the exhibit floor and provide the perfect place for holding small staff meetings, meeting privately with potential clients, conducting investigator meetings or hosting small hospitality events.

Industry Showcase
$1,000 ($1,500 for non-exhibitors)
The Industry Showcase allows companies to promote their Satellite Symposia and products. Your company's 22” wide x 28” high poster will be displayed in a high-traffic area of the convention center during DDW. A pocket for brochures/event invitations will be placed next to the poster. Banner Ad in DDW Registration Confirmation Email (Sold)

Every DDW attendee receives an email just after completing the online registration process. These emails serve as a receipt and proof of registration. Attendees often print them and save them to bring to the meeting. Your ad will be prominently displayed at the bottom of this email. Deadline to reserve is Dec. 1, 2012.

MyDDW Kiosks
$10,000 for five stations
MyDDW is a one-stop online portal for DDW activities before, during and after the meeting. Attendees use it in advance to search abstracts and plan their DDW itineraries. On site, they use dedicated MyDDW kiosks to access the Internet, print meeting materials — session handouts, abstracts, even boarding passes for the flight home — access the Career and Recruitment Center, and much more. Your logo will be placed on five of the kickplates. You may also wish to consider the mobile planner powered by MyDDW.

Preliminary Program (Sold)

Advertise in this brochure, which contains DDW registration and housing information and is used by all attendees to register for the meeting. In addition to being mailed to 25,000 GI professionals every December, it is also available on the DDW website. Ad placement is on the outside back cover/mailing panel of the 9" x 6" self-mailer. The deadline to reserve ad space is Nov. 1, 2012.

Product Theaters
$15,000 each (50 percent discount on Product Theaters held on Tuesday)
Product theaters are turnkey, 45-minute marketing presentations about your company’s products or services. The Surf-n-Snack Zone is an area in the exhibit hall where attendees can take a break, meet with colleagues, have a bite to eat and check their messages on their laptops or hand-held devices with free Wi-Fi service.
