Register now for DDW and the sponsoring societies' courses. Registration also allows you to book a room in your choice of DDW hotels and reserve your seat in popular ticketed sessions.
Be sure to have the preliminary program (online or PDF) and the registration checklist (PDF) on hand to make your selections.
If you plan on registering onsite, please note the registration dates and times below:
Friday, May 17th: Noon - 8 p.m.
Saturday, May 18th to Monday, May 20th: 7 a.m. - 6 p.m.
Tuesday, May 21st: 7 a.m. - 4 p.m.
We strongly recommend registering in advance to avoid long lines onsite and to ensure you reserve a spot at some of our more popular ticketed sessions. More information about onsite registration can be found on MyDDW.

Meeting Cancellations & Refunds
Written cancellations and refund requests must be received on or before April 19. Requests will not be honored after this date. Substitutions are not permitted. Fees for sessions with meals are nonrefundable. Refunds, minus a $50 administrative fee per event, will be processed after the meeting.
