Exhibitor Service Manual

The Exhibitor Service Manual (ESM) is available online. It includes all order forms, policies, contractor listings and other important information you will need for your booth.

Exhibit Hall hours are Sunday, May 17 through Tuesday, May 19, from 9:30 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Shipping, Freight and Material Handling

Advance Shipments

Freeman will accept crated, boxed or skidded materials beginning Friday, April 17, 2015, and the deadline for receipt of this advance shipment is on Tuesday, May 5, 2015. Any material arriving after this date will incur an additional after deadline charge.

Direct Shipments

Beginning at 8 a.m. on Wednesday, May 6, 2015, direct shipments will be accepted by assigned target move-in date.

Installation and Dismantling

Installation Dates and Times*

Wednesday, May 13 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. (Based on target map)
Thursday, May 14 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Friday, May 15 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Saturday, May 16 8 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.

*All exhibits must be set up by Saturday, May 16, 2015, at 3:30 pm.

*Exhibit Hall hours are Sunday, May 17 through Tuesday, May 19, from 9:30 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Dismantle Dates and Times

Tuesday, May 19 4 to 8 p.m.
Wednesday, May 20 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Thursday, May 21 8 a.m. to 1 p.m.

No booth dismantling may begin before 4 p.m. on Tuesday, May 16, 2015. The Exhibit Hall floor must be cleared by 1 p.m. on Thursday, May 21, 2015.

Freeman Service Desk will be open during exhibit set-up, show dates and move-out. Exhibitors may verify and adjust their requirements for installation, furniture, audio/visual and other auxiliary services at the Service Desk.
