Housing & Registration
Exhibitor Housing is now open and it is time to begin making the necessary preparations for your personnel. Below, you will find all the important information in its entirety. Please note: Exhibitors are encouraged to book and manage their housing through DDW's online room block website. Book housing or contact Travel Planners at 800-221-3531 or 212-532-1660 (outside the U.S.) or via email at firstname.lastname@example.org. Reservations are based on history, NOT booth size.
Exhibitor registration is now open. There are two types of exhibitor registration:
1. Registration for Booth Personnel
A registration badge is required in order to enter the exhibit hall. Each exhibitor is allowed an unlimited number of complimentary exhibitor badges for their booth personnel. However, exhibitors will not receive badges automatically — you must register.
Badges will be issued only to individuals who are employed by the exhibiting company or have a direct business affiliation.
Badges allow access to the exhibit hall two hours in advance of the daily exhibit hall opening and for one hour following the close of the exhibit hall each day and the Poster Sessions. They do NOT allow access to scientific sessions or any postgraduate courses.
2. Exhibitor Registration for DDW Scientific Sessions
Exhibiting company personnel are encouraged to attend DDW scientific sessions. Register on or before the early bird deadline for a reduced fee of $135. After the deadline, the registration fee increases to $235.
The scientific sessions are a separate forum from the promotional activities of the Exhibit Hall. In keeping with the scientific nature of these sessions, exhibitor personnel may observe, but must refrain from any participation in the sessions on their company's behalf. Any participation or sales pitches will result in the loss of priority points for the exhibitor registrant's company. Taping of sessions is NOT allowed.
