These areas of the Exhibit Hall group exhibitors by specialty and include:

  • New Exhibitor Pavilion — New to DDW? We’ve developed a special location for all new exhibitors, our New Exhibitor Pavilion (NEP). Located at rows 1500-2000, the NEP is in a prime location next to multiple attendee activities, including DDW TechConnect, DDW Trainee and Young GI Lounge, DDW Career and Recruitment Center and the main entrance.
  • Foundation Row — Located at rows 4500-4600, this area features not-for-profit organizations that promote public awareness of gastroenterology-related issues. 

Booth Space Fees

50 percent payment is due upon booth selection; final payment due Dec. 1, 2016. Failure to meet payment schedule will result in booth being placed back into inventory.
